Where a formal nutritional consultation or structured planning engagement is agreed between a client and Granel, the following conditions apply:
- —Intake documentation: clients are required to provide accurate and complete intake records as requested. Granel's compositional analysis and protocol outputs are only as reliable as the intake data supplied.
- —Lot reference system: each active engagement is assigned a unique lot reference code. This code is used for batch verification, archive entry, and follow-up reference. Clients must retain this code for the duration of the engagement.
- —Protocol outputs: composition plans, intake targets, and seasonal adjustment schedules are produced for the individual engagement and must not be shared with, or applied to, third parties without Granel's written consent.
- —Scheduling and availability: sessions are conducted by appointment during standard operating hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 UK time). Missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rebooking fee as set out in the engagement agreement.
Specific engagement terms, including fees, session duration, and cancellation conditions, are detailed in the individual engagement agreement provided at the point of booking.
All content on this website, including but not limited to editorial text, compositional frameworks, methodology documentation, structural diagrams, visual design, and the Granel brand mark, is the intellectual property of Granel and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
