• —Lot reference system: each active engagement is assigned a unique lot reference code. This code is used for batch verification, archive entry, and follow-up reference. Clients must retain this code for the duration of the engagement.
• —Protocol outputs: composition plans, intake targets, and seasonal adjustment schedules are produced for the individual engagement and must not be shared with, or applied to, third parties without Granel's written consent.
• —Scheduling and availability: sessions are conducted by appointment during standard operating hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 UK time). Missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rebooking fee as set out in the engagement agreement.

Specific engagement terms, including fees, session duration, and cancellation conditions, are detailed in the individual engagement agreement provided at the point of booking.
